📏 Combined Fabric & Hardware Requirements

Fabric:

  • Main fabrics (all projects): ~2.5–2.7m total

    • Balaclava – 0.75m (stretch knit essential: jersey, ribbed cotton, or fleece)

    • Ushanka – ~0.8m main fabric + ~0.5m lining + ~0.25m fur/extra lining

    • Tote Bag – ~1.0m main fabric + ~0.6m optional lining

Hardware:

  • 4x snap fasteners or buttons (tote)

  • 4x snap fasteners (ushanka)

  • 3m webbing/strap (tote handles)

  • Optional: paracord (60–80cm) + 2x toggles for tote cinch

Tools (all projects):

Fabric scissors/cutters, ruler/tape measure, chalk/fabric marker, pins/clips, iron, sewing machine, and matching thread.
