Every Roughcut pattern is graded from Skill Level 1 to Skill Level 5 so you always know what you're stepping into. Start simple, build confidence, and move up the ladder.

Level 1

Beginner

Your first builds. Learn how patterns work and how sewing construction flows.

Level 2

Beginner+

Simple accessories and early garments that introduce structure and technique.

Level 3

Intermediate

Full garments with more panels, construction steps and precision.

Level 4

Advanced

Complex builds with multiple pathways and advanced construction.

Level 5

Master Builds

The most advanced Roughcut systems with modular pathways and deep construction.
