  • Printed & shipped sewing patterns

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

 

 

4. Digital Products

 

When purchasing digital patterns:

  • You are purchasing a license for personal use only.

  • You may not share, distribute, resell, reproduce, upload, or redistribute the files in any format.

  • You may not upload files to file-sharing platforms.

  • You may not forward digital files to third parties.

 


Digital products are non-refundable (see Refund Policy).

Unauthorised distribution of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

All patterns, files, instructions, graphics, branding, videos, logos, and designs are the intellectual property of Roughcut.


Purchasing a pattern does not transfer ownership of the design.

 

You may:

  • Use the pattern to create garments for personal use.

  • Sell small-scale handmade garments made from our patterns (independent makers only).

 

You may not:

  • Mass manufacture garments using our patterns.

  • Use our designs for factory production without written permission.

  • Copy, recreate, digitise, or reproduce our patterns for resale.

 

 

6. Order Accuracy

 

You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase information.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

 

 

7. Printed & Shipped Products

 

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

 

We are not responsible for:

 

  • Courier delays

  • Customs processing times

  • Address errors provided at checkout

If a package is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply.

 

 

8. Right to Refuse Service


We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud

  • Limit or terminate accounts abusing exchange policies

  • Fit issues due to incorrect measurements

  • Loss of profit or indirect damages

Sewing involves tools and machinery. You are responsible for your own safety and proper use of equipment.

Prices and services may change at any time without notice.


We shall not be liable for modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuation of services.
