Why this page exists

A UK limited company has to give four things on its website: its registered name, the part of the United Kingdom it is registered in, its company number, and the address of its registered office. That comes from regulations 24 and 25 of the Company, Limited Liability Partnership and Business (Names and Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2015.

Several European countries ask for the same information under the name Impressum and expect to find it on a page of its own. Patterns sell worldwide, so it lives here as well as on the contact page.

Getting in touch

For anything to do with an order — a missing download, a file that will not open, a parcel that has gone quiet — WhatsApp is the fastest route and it is answered personally. Send your order number, the pattern name and the email you used at checkout.

The email address above is read too. It is slower, but it is the right place for anything you want a written record of: data protection requests, formal notices, wholesale or licensing enquiries.
