Where are my files?
They're on the order confirmation page and in the email Shopify sends the moment you pay. If neither has them, message me with your order number and I'll send them straight over.
There are no written instructions — is that a mistake?
No, it's deliberate. Every pattern is taught on film instead. Written steps for this kind of construction end up longer and less clear than watching someone do it.
I bought the wrong format.
Easily done and free to fix. Message me and I'll swap it.
Do you reply on Instagram or Discord?
Not for orders. Both are busy and things get missed. WhatsApp is the only channel I watch properly, so anything to do with a purchase should go there.
