Delivery was very slow. My international orders arrives much faster.
Pattern does not even come with its own Pattern envelope. I received printed Pattern as ordered. No instruction, no complimentary note.
Instructions i believe maybe emailed. Contacted via email and WhatsApp no reply.
Far better customer service/packaging and communications with other sells.
Disappointed.

You're right that things were slower than usual over the past few weeks — we've only had one printer running in the studio, which created a backlog on Patterns and instructions. That's now fully caught up, so orders are shipping at normal speed again.

I also want to apologize that you didn't get a reply via email.. I usually reply instantly on Whatsapp :(

On the printed vs. digital Pattern and missing envelope/instructions: I hear you, and I'm actively working on tightening up packaging and the whole unboxing experience (proper envelope, clear instructions, a personal note) so it feels as good as the product itself.

The pattern is different from the video. I started cutting the pieces out and noticed there were only two straps instead of the 3 in the video. The pattern also calls for buckles and the strap attachment points on the body of the apron are in a completely different placement. Theres also another piece that is in the pattern that I have no idea where it goes, again not in the video. If you are going to deviate from the patterns in the videos I would at least supply written directions, which there are none. Also the image on the apron in brown that sells the pattern is AI generated and doesnt represent the pattern correctly. Theres actually no image that shows the pattern accurately. Not beginner friendly since I have to figure things out on my own. My recommendation is to film sewing the piece one to one, walk through the pattern as sold before going off and doing different things.

The pattern is fine. This my second downloaded pattern and I find the video tutorials frustrating. Jack deviates from the pattern often. inthe case of the apron he modifies the strap construction. In the industrial tote video, he complicates the instruction with a patch work and foam insert steps. The "special effects" to ilustrate time lapse(?) are seizure inducing. However, the soundtrack is very nice.

Clearly not for a beginner but it worked out rather well. I would probably install something to stiffen the back on my next one. It was a fun project.

Thanks Sam! You're right, this one definitely leans more advanced — glad it worked out well despite that. Stiffening the back is a great instinct for the next one, something like a heavier interfacing or a thin foam layer would do it nicely. Great looking result, thanks for sharing the photo.
